Nutrition
From Wiki4CAM
Nutrition is vitally important for any human. Vitamins and minerals are crucial for our very existence - as are certain fats and amino acids. A number of health problems are caused - or exacerbated - by vitamin deficiencies.
Vitamins
Vitamins were named by Casimir Funk and perform a dazzling array of functions in the human body. Albert Szent-Györgyi discovered Vitamin C in the Nineteen Thirties.
Orthomolecular Medicine
Nutritional therapy is part of the paradigm known as Orthomolecular_medicine. Orthomolecular Medicine was formulated by double Nobel Prize winning chemist Linus Pauling and is based upon providing the right amounts of the right molecules. This is a safe and effective way to manage serious disorders such as schizophrenia[1], AIDS[2] and cancer[3].
