Dowsing
From Wiki4CAM
Dowsing, sometimes called divining or water witching, is the process of finding water by intuiting via a familiar object, such as a forked stick. It also refers to the practice of finding buried metals, gemstones, or other such objects as well as currents of earth radiation without the use of scientific apparatus. A Y- or L-shaped twig or rod is used during dowsing, but some dowsers use other equipment such as a wand or no equipment at all.[1]
Dowsing may be said to be a specific use of intuition. Medical intuitives, for instance, use subtle otherwise unmeasurable data to find specific types of illness in a patient.[2] [3]
Some have suggested that dowsing may be a quantum phenomenon.[4]
